We live in a 2-story house located in a quiet neighborhood near the beach and hiking trails.
We have 2 bedrooms available for rent. You will share a full bathroom with another student.
We are scientist: a biologist and a chemist (happy to help with homework).
Our youngest son is a junior in high school. We have 2 very friendly cocker spaniels living with us.
We have a nice large backyard you can use to study or relax.
