In suit laundry, gas fireplace in main living room heats entire place, cable, internet and included. Ground floor, north facing. No parties, minimal guests, and no pets. I am very neat and clean & very particular about my place. looking for someone who keeps to themselves and/or who is very busy with school and work. not a place for socializing. Great place for quiet studying. u will have to rent a parking spot in the building for additional $ if u have a car (if one is available) or simply park down the road by the roundabout for free as I only have one spot Im currently using.
